When I quit my job, I kinda had this fear that my brain was going to turn to mush. Not that I had the most brainiac job, but at least my thoughts consisted of more than changing diapers, toddler play and figuring out what was for lunch. I had to keep my brain going, so I went to the library. By the end of my first month off, I read 4 1/2 novels (the 1/2 was so dumb I stopped reading it). So last week I got to a point where I had nothing to read.
I swore I was not going to get sucked into reading the Twilight series. Then someone convinced Johanna to read them and everyone was talking about it and I just couldn't take it anymore. So I started reading...bad idea. I had Twilight and New Moon read in 2 DAYS!! I did good with Twilight and only read when Lauren was asleep and Dean was at work or asleep, but I couldn't take it anymore with New Moon and read for a whole day. Needless to say, I now have a husband that wants to ban reading from our house. But I am going crazy...I still need to read Eclipse (Anyone volunteering to lend it to me????) and then eventually Breaking Dawn when it comes out. So...I am addicted...and can't wait to see the movie!! Is it bad to ask to be induced to guarantee I will be at the theater opening night for a vampire movie?!?!
Note: Why can't I have dream about something (like the author) that eventually leads to me making millions of dollars? I don't even care if Dean has the dream...

You're so funny! Yeah, I got hooked and read them all several months ago. It's addicting. I will say that you are going to LOVE #3 - I think it's better than #2. I'd loan you #3 but I don't think that would work since we don't live in the same town.
Got it! You can definitely borrow mine - they've been around the block a few times already. I agree with Tamra - the third is the best! OOoo - I want to read them again!
Yes thanks to Angie I've read them! I can't wait until the last book! AHHHH!
P.S. I tagged you! See my blog. :)
I know they are addicting books. I can't wait for the movie. I have friends that are planning a trip to St. George for a girls weekend when book #4 comes out, but (un)fortunately I will be having a baby around that time so I can't go. I just read "The Host" last weekend. It was pretty good.
I agree, # three is very good! Also, did you know there is a final Love comes... I'll let you know what I think :)
I think Damond has also outlawed reading in our house... actually I got him hooked on reading, too!
