{How Many Licks Does It Take}

Yes...that is my child licking the dirty window! On Saturday morning Dean was mowing the lawn, and of course Lauren wants to be outside too, but she is afraid of the lawn mower so she sits in her chair on the porch and waits until he is done so she can play. I was sitting in the kitchen eating breakfast and watching her. As you can tell, the sliding glass door is really dirty (Remember--my maid doesn't do windows). So I am sitting there watching Lauren (she can't see me) and she looks over her shoulder to make sure Dean isn't looking. She then proceeds to lick the window. Yummy...no once wasn't enough...she checks over her shoulder again...no daddy still isn't looking...so she does it again... like 4 times. Finally (after taking a picture of course) I tap on the window and tell her to stop cause it's grossing me out. I just thought it was funny how she was trying to be sneaky, not realizing I was watching her the whole time. Maybe I should have let her keep going, then my window would be clean!
