Why does she get to sleep?

Sleep is NOT something I give up easily. I NEED my sleep (just ask Dean). During our dating months if we did anything like watch a movie or even just sit in one place for too long, I usually ended up asleep. Put me in a car for a trip and I will be asleep in no time. I even slept through the labor and delivery of Lauren (the nurse had to keep waking me up to push!) My friend always says, that all she wants is one uninterrupted night of sleep. Now I remember what that feels like; I had been spoiled. Kylee has been doing very well though, so I am NOT complaining--I am NOT complaining. We have been blessed with more good nights than bad. But the waking every 3 hours to feed is taking it's toll on me. Then, unfortunately, Kylee's crying in the night sometimes wakes Lauren, so then Dean has to get her to go back to sleep too. Dean just reminds me...this too shall pass (or I will just get used to it)! I was sitting in the doctors office with Kylee and there was another couple there with their baby born the same day as Kylee. They looked like they had been beat up--totally exhausted--obviously their first child! I felt so bad. It was then that I realized I don't have it so bad... but as for right now...I am just too tired!
