{The Little Things}

Me: Lauren what happened to your arm?
Lauren: I scratched it on the computer desk! (sad face)
Me: Ouch
Lauren: Ohhh...I need a shark band aide (whimper whimper)

It's funny how it doesn't hurt until they know it's there!

A little while later during lunch.

Me: Lauren will you say the blessing?
Lauren: Heavenly Father, thank you for the food...in the name...oh...thank you for my "owee", please bless it...in name of Jesus Christ Amen.

At least she knows she can ask for help anytime...even for the little things.
A little while later.

Lauren: Mommy
Me: Yes Lauren
Lauren: I love you.
Me: I love you too.

Oh...so sweet. I wish she could stay little forever. I sure love her!
