It's still broken.

He claims he tried to fix it before I publicly complained. He has no proof though. Apparently the light bulb needed to make the screen work costs more than the computer. So instead of buying the bulb, I get a new computer! Then he informed me he is going to use the broken-screen laptop to host all our movies on as part of our entertainment system. I am beginning to think he had this planned all along! But since I am getting the new computer, I guess I will let it slide this time!
