We have been working on getting Lauren to stay asleep in her own bed at night. She often wakes up in the night and ends up in our bed. Johanna thought of a {brilliant} idea, to promise Ryan and Lauren a trip to Chuck E. Cheese's when they filled up a chart by earning a sticker each night they were able to sleep in their own bed. Lauren did very well and tried so hard to earn her sticker each day. One day Ryan was talking to Lauren on the phone and told her "You gotta do it Lauren! You gotta sleep in your bed so we can go to Chuck E. Cheese's!" Nothing like a little peer motivation! After 2 weeks, they both did it and off to Chuck E. Cheese's we went!
Before going, I had heard horrible things about Chuck E. Cheese's from other moms, so I was totally dreading it. We actually had a lot of fun! Lauren was in heaven and had a great time playing the games with her dad! Kylee loved sitting in the cars and riding the horse; however we will probably not go back for a while! The food was not worth what you pay and there is just something about eating at a place that has a gigantic rodent walking around, that gives me the heebee-geebees!
I don't know...maybe it's just me!

too true...(: the kids do love it though...and the giant rodent does seem to add to their enjoyment.
I always have to laugh when we go because with all the kids walking around with a cup of tokens, it feels like a little Vegas for kids.
