My kid is addicted...

Lauren has issues with eating crayons. I thought it was just a phase she was going through when she was younger. I was serving in Nursery before she was 18 months, and we used to have to hide the crayons from her cause she would eat them. But even now, whenever she gets a chance, she takes a big bite out of her crayons. Today she comes to me with little pieces of blue crayon all over her face and refuses to spit it out...instead she hurries and swallows it. She is not picky about brand or color either, according to her, everything is red anyway. I promise we feed her, but apparently she is missing some nutrient found only in crayons. Its a good thing they are Non-Toxic. Somehow I need to get her to stop eating them, I would hate for her to fail kindergarten because she ate her crayons instead of coloring with them.

That is sooo funny!!!! I can't believe she still does that :) She must just really like how they taste!
Well, I think I would rather have Thomas eat them then write on my walls, bed, couch... (he still does that!) :)

Maybe she is a little anemic?? It's kinda like the whole.. sometimes people want to lick the cement.. or eat tide because it smells good...
