The city recently built a new pool right by our neighborhood. It has been packed since the day it opened. Way too packed for me to get the energy/courage/insanity enough to take the kids there. Something about water, total chaos and managing 2 kiddos by myself, does not spell a good time!
So, our friends got the brilliant idea to just rent the pool and have their own party to enjoy it with just a few people there! It was awesome! The pool has a whole little kid section with a "water jungle gym" thing and a big (ok---big for Yuma) water slide, plus a bunch of other water features. The slide was so much fun! I could have gone down it a hundred times. I even surprised Dean and did a flip off the diving board (oh the hidden talents I have!!!)! So much fun!
The pictures didn't turn out very well because it was dark, but still proof we had a great time!

Wow, I wonder if it was expensive to rent a pool? A flip Linsey? I never knew you had it in you! Happy Birthday!!!
