Another birthday, come and gone, and it was a good one too. I was able to spend the whole day with my family and just enjoy it. Dean worked so hard to surprise me with the cake and presents. He had been sneaking around all week with his cohorts to get things together. I had suggested just making a cake with Lauren, but he already had one from the bakery hidden at my mom's house, with Blue Bell Cookie Dough Ice Cream (That he got on sale...He Really Loves Me!)! He was even going to try and "fake bake" a cake to throw me off. Unfortunately I saw the charge on the account and figured it out. I finally fessed up and told him I knew. He was so mad...he says I ruin all his surprises! But I didn't this time, he threw a couple more exciting surprises at me later, that I didn't know about. I also received fun presents from friends and family, and all around just had a great day. As Lauren would say " Can I have another birthday now?" (I just don't want the other year tacked on to my age that comes with it!)


The kiddos with the cake...he bought the one that fed 45 people. There were 10 people there! We still have cake!
