{Please Pay Attention}

I made quesadillas for lunch today, but wasn't paying attention and left the heat too high.
Totally burned them:

Me: Sorry I burned our lunch.
Lauren: That's ok. Daddy makes cheese tortillas too.
Me: Yes he does make them for us.
Lauren: Yeah but he pays attention.

How's that to have your 3 year old {going on 21} tell you, you need to pay attention when you are cooking? Thanks dear!!!
