{Father's Day}

For Father's Day, the primary children colored pictures of their dads and then answered questions about them. This was Lauren's that she answered about Dean. We sure cracked up when we read the answers. It is cute to see what her little mind thinks of her Daddy!

*Note: Lauren does know what her Dad's name is {Although she does think it is Deano not Dean}. I just think the person who helped her write it didn't know what his name was and couldn't understand what she was saying. And for the record, he is not 45, but basically she got everything else right!

Father's day was simple, but I think Dean still enjoyed it. We had a yummy breakfast, a lazy morning, followed by 3 hours of church and dinner and games with his family! We got him new clothes and the kids and I picked out a globe for his desk at work. He has always said he wanted a huge, cool looking one. While this one is small and not to scale {it even said on the bottom that it was NOT to be used for educational purposes} we thought it would look cool on his desk.

We are lucky to have Dean. He is the perfect Daddy to our {almost} 3 little girls! The minute he gets home, they attack and don't let him be, until they are asleep! Throughout the day, Kylee will say "I want my Daddy" {especially if she knows she did something wrong}! They fight over who gets to sit by him and love to climb all over him and wrestle or just watch a movie together. They think he is the greatest thing ever. I am scum compared to Dean and I wouldn't want it any other way. Because I know there is just something special about a relationship between a little girl and her Daddy!
