Dean and his "BFF" Paul concocted a plan to go out to the desert to have a fire. So Ericka and I, the wonderful wives that we are, joyfully agreed to such an adventure. We had pizza and s'mores (of course) and enjoyed to cool weather. Luckily the wind calmed down. The kids loved the dirt and playing with the flashlights and Ericka loved the FIRE! I enjoyed my camping chair (hence no pictures of me) Dean was obsessed with moving this large "stick" (see below) and Paul just humored him. Maybe...someday...we will try camping....maybe!

It is hard to see, but this is the huge "stick" Dean was convinced that we needed to use for the fire. He eventually hooked it up to the Xterra with a tow strap, but was only able to break a piece off. He's crazy...but I love him!

As much as I hate to admit it, it was fun! We'll have to do again....as long as there are no spiders!
You make me laugh. (: I don't mind camping, I actually enjoy most of it. I just wish the sleeping arangments could be a bit better. (: I always worry about if my sleeping kidos are cold.
"I think he married the wrong woman" - too funny! It's amazing how things happen to come out of thw woodwork AFTER the whole marriage deal is maid, isn't it?
