We have been slowly working on potty training Lauren. I am in no big rush, just decided to let her do it when she is ready. So every once in a while she decides to go potty on the big toilet. Today she wanted to give it a try. She got her step stool and got all situated and then I sat in my spot on the side of the tub to wait with her. So we are sitting waiting to see if she is going to do anything, when she goes to adjust herself and suddenly falls in the toilet! I about died. The look on her face was total horror. I was trying so hard not to laugh. I hurried and grabbed her out and she started to cry a little. I did my best to not frighten her so she wouldn't have this phobia of toilets. So apparently falling in was enough for her for one day, so we got her cleaned up and got her diaper on. Then she ran out to Dean: "Daddy I fell in the toywet" I was trying to communicate to Dean at the same time to just blow it off...in between laughing...which he was able to do successfully. She hasn't mentioned it since, so we will see what happens. It was just one of those moments when....oh I wish I had had a camera!

That is kind of funny, hopefully it won't scar her for life! Potty training is not easy sometimes, and I can't believe I have to go through it once more!
I wish I was still small enough to fall in!
