{I'm A Big Kid Now}

I came home from a YW camping trip this weekend to find a "big girl panties wearing" 2 year old! I know...it's amazing! Dean said as soon as I left for the camping trip, she announced she wanted to use the toilet and has been ever since! And dare I report there have been no accidents in the last 72 hours! She still wears a pull-up for naps and night time, but she is doing great! We could not be happier! She finally got her Candy Land game that has been sitting on the shelf in the bathroom for 3 months and she is one step closer to getting her doll house that she wants her daddy to make. Now we just need to convince her that when she tells someone she is using the toilet now, she doesn't have to drop her pants and show them her underwear. She must think they need proof. I guess it just goes to show, that you can't potty-train an unwilling participant...they will do it when they are ready and not a moment too soon!!
