{Let It Snow}

Dean brought home an ice chest of snow from the mountains for us to play with. He didn't think it would keep, but sure enough it did! We let the kids mess with it for a minute and "warm" up to it.





Then we made a happy, mini snow man with chocolate chips, sticks, a fabric scrap and a piece of carrot.


All was merry and bright until the first snow ball was thrown (by Dean of course)....


Then the war began!!






Not even the small and innocent were spared!


Finally we took the snow ball fight out front and shared a bunch of snow with the neighbor kids, who were walking home from school. They had never seen snow before, so they loved it!

It was fun to have a White Christmas for about 30 minutes, but I think that was enough snow to last us a lifetime!
