We like to go for drives around town. We have both lived here for over 20 years and we still manage to find something we have never seen before. We went for a drive yesterday since the kids had been cooped up in the house all day {didn't go to church-Lauren had the flu}. Our goal was to find this farm where you can pick your own fruit, so I could go back later when they were open. Shortly into our drive Lauren was already bored.
Lauren: It's taking forever.
Me: Just look out your window and look for something interesting.
Lauren: Dirt. All I see is dirt, dirt, dirt!
I can already tell our almost 40 hour round trip car ride this summer is going to be a joy!

where are you going that is 40 hours away?
We go to Idaho and Utah every year. We make a big circle and by the time we are home, we have spent almost 40 hours in the car. It's a real joy!
