{Sea World}

We continued our Spring Break adventures with a trip to Sea World! We went with D4 and family and had a really good time! The kids loved all the animals and spending 2 whole days with their cousins!!

The first stop was Journey to Atlantis. H's Sister and I waited behind with 4 of the kids while the rest went for a ride!

On the way up:

On the way down!:

Let's see a close up of the fear on their faces!:

{Totally loving my new Valentines Day lens at this point!}

Since the lines weren't long at all, the kids enjoyed looking at the fish display while we waited.

I think Kylee was just elated to be out of the car:

After the ride:

Then we moved on to the animal exhibits:

These guys were not pretty, but they loved the attention!:

Touching the star fish:

At this point Lauren is completely SOAKED from riding Shipwreck Rapids! I thought for sure she would hate being all wet, but she rode it once, got soaked and got back on for round two! She loved it!

Partying with the penguins:

Checking out the sharks:

The shows were fun as well. It is totally amazing what they can train the animals to do! We watched the Sea Lions, Shamu and Dolphin show.

Although the weather was great, sitting in the direct sun waiting for the shows to start did turn out to be a bit toasty! Good thing I brought SPF 70 sunscreen for Kylee and myself! It still took several coats to keep us from getting fried! {Next time I need to remember hats for EVERYONE!}

The day wore us all out! At closing, we headed to dinner and the hotel for a good nights rest, in preparation for the next days fun!

So fun! I love the slow paced, relaxed atmosphere of Sea World. Looks like I need to plan a trip. :)

I loved Lauren's faces in the ride pictures... at one point it looks like she is not too sure about being on it :) Cool lens ;-)!!!

For me, Sea World is the happiest place on earth! :) I think it is so much fun! I can't wait to take the kids their one day!
Sounds like it was a fun trip! :D
Is this the same weekend Dan and Cheryl went?
